Microsoft vient de publier une nouvelle mise à jour pour Windows 10 version 1803. Elle apporte des corrections de bugs et des améliorations.

Aucune autre version de Windows 10 n’est concernée par cette maintenance. La mise à jour cumulative KB4462933 n’est proposée qu’aux PC sous Windows 10 v1803 alias April 2018 Update. Elle est disponible au travers du service Windows Update ou en téléchargement direct sur « Microsoft’s Update Catalog ».

Son installation permet au système d’exploitation d’évoluer en version 17134.376. La note de version dresse une liste assez conséquente de correctifs. Nous avons également des améliorations pas forcement visibles aux premiers regards. Vous trouverez tous les détails en fin d’article.

L’un des « gros » correctifs concerne la résolution du problème de plantage de la machine (BSOD) lors de la suppression d’un périphérique Bluetooth de l’ordinateur. Nous avons aussi un patch pour corriger un bug empêchant le lancement de Windows Defender Application Guard sur Windows 10 N en Europe après une maintenance.

Cette mise à jour ne contient aucun problème connu, ce qui signifie qu’elle devrait s’installer correctement pour tous les utilisateurs. Toutefois, il faut rester prudent car son déploiement ne fait que commencer.

A noter que KB4462933 requiert au préalable l’installation de KB4456655. Cette mise à jour sera automatiquement proposée par Windows Update. Aucune vérification supplémentaire n’est donc nécessaire.
